For returning clients, we will revisit your progress, assess any changes, and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Whether you opt for a short or longer consultation, we will focus on addressing your current needs to continue improving your movement and function

Specialising in Remedial massage, Sports therapy, Cupping, and Dry needling, I combine a Health Science degree and Personal Training certification to provide tailored treatments that address musculoskeletal issues, injuries, and stress.

A former international athlete for Australia in Ice and Inline Hockey, I now coach at the National and International level. This unique expertise allows me to help other athletes or weekend warriors who want to continue what they love.
